Russ Clapper has spent a wide-ranging career within the US Fish and Wildlife Service managing and working at National Wildlife Refuges throughout the southern and southwestern US, including Anahuac, Aransas, Bitter Lake, Bosque del Apache, Hagerman, and Laguna Atascosa NWR. Mr. Clapper has made important contributions to habitat protection, wildlife restoration, and community relations.
